Earlier in his career, Ken spent 25 years at Johnson & Johnson where he held multiple sales & marketing leadership roles and led three sales training & leadership development teams that designed, developed, and delivered leadership training to various levels of J&J. He also led the U.S. sales recruiting department.

While at Johnson and Johnson, Ken learned how the company overcomes challenges to remain one of the most successful businesses in the world. He discovered that to be a great leader, there must be TRUST with all internal and external stakeholders.
