We are seeking a Communications Director who shares our mission of eliminating disparities in health and healthcare. At CHERP, our 25 faculty and 45 staff conduct scientific investigations of the root causes of inequities in health and health care delivery, with the goal of eliminating those disparities and improving health outcomes for all. Our research is published in the nation’s leading health journals, and many of our findings are directly implemented in the VA’s national healthcare system. The Communications Director will transform our scientific findings for dissemination via online and traditional media, internal/external reports, our website, social media, and the VA’s national public relations pathways to maximize the impact of our science at the local, regional, and national levels.
