SUMMARY OF JOB
The Marketing and Communications Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in managing and implementing tactical aspects of Marketing and Communication for Redeemer Health System. Responsibilities include focusing on creating, implementing, tracking and optimizing digital and traditional marketing plans across all marketing and communication channels. In addition, this position serves as project and traffic manager for all digital and print media, collateral, advertising and website management. The position manages and monitors Communications and Marketing vendor relationships.
CONNECTING TO MISSION:
Helps to communicate the system mission to the community, employees, vendors, and physicians through the dissemination of printed and online materials.
RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, media, or a related field.
• Two or more years of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate, or agency environment. Healthcare experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access), Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM and CMS software.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, social media platforms and similar applications.
• Ability to understand and employ website UX design, and best-practice digital design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams across the organization and on small teams.
• Highly organized and detail oriented. Project timelines, content schedules.
