A Philadelphia non-profit organization is recruiting for an employee engagement coordinator.
This person will support the organization's Employee Engagement team by activating major employee volunteer programs and employee engagement activities and events.
Specific responsibilities: Plan and coordinate both in-person and virtual volunteer events for company HQ employees across the country with a focus on the Philadelphia area.
Communicate directly with nonprofits to identify and schedule opportunities.
Act as key point of contact for company HQ Project Leaders leading up to, during and after the project Prepare all materials and sites for in-person volunteer projects Support volunteer manager in coordinating event logistics and project communications Coordinate shirt distribution across the country and track inventory
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have experience in using Asana, CyberGrants, and have strong project management and communication skills Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, and have the ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects
Admin.: The position is 30 hours/wk for approximately 12 months within the social impact division with a dynamic portfolio of initiatives that are only growing… This is an in-office position for three days a week. The candidate will need to live within commuting distance of Philadelphia. The engagement is scheduled to start in early January 2023.
