Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Communications Manager position. This position is located at our Corporate Services Center in Fort Washington, PA.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing a wide range of digital and multimedia communications to promote our communities, business priorities, and brand.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop compelling, innovative, and high-quality written and multimedia content for Acts’ digital platforms including website, social media, intranets, and publications.
- Manage in-house video production and editing, digital graphic design and audio-visual service projects in support of organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with leadership and department heads to drive strategic initiatives through multimedia services including the creation of video scripts, story boards and other digital communications.
- Assist with marketing communications and PR strategies to drive awareness, web traffic and lead generation and enhance the Acts brand as a national leader in senior living.
- Monitor progress and establish reports to ensure that communication initiatives and project goals are met.
- Perform other communications responsibilities as assigned to enhance the image and brand of Acts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or related field
- Minimum of five years' experience in digital content creation and multimedia services
- Proficiency with digital graphic design and video production tools including Adobe Creative Suite software (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience creating engaging stories, scripts and content in written and multimedia form
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to take initiative, manage multiple projects independently, and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Professional demeanor and able to interact with seniors with sensitivity and compassion
- Some travel to communities is required
